The villas were named Mentoros which means the one who talks a lot. Each villa has the following names: Villa Ioanna, Villa Katerina, Villa Andreas. It is a family business that offers extremely luxurious accommodation facilities in Kefalonia.
Karavados is a village in the prefecture of Kefalonia with 244 inhabitants in 2001. It is also a municipal district of the same name in the municipality of Livathos. It is 12 kilometers from Argostoli. The beach of Agios Thomas is the most important attraction.
